OUR PHILOSOPHY

Michele specialises in the aspects of engineering and sustainability, while Sabine's skills are architecture, interior design and real estate. We have extensive experience in Italy and abroad
- Switzerland, Germany and the United Kingdom.

Our goal is to provide unique, high quality and tailor-made design solutions
which exceed our customers' expectations.
We make sure we fully understand our clients' needs, ambitions and priorities and at the same time
carry out in-depth real estate appraisals and analysis in order to maximise potential.

WHO WE ARE
After qualifying and working as an Architect in Germany, Sabine has lead mixed-use and public sector projects as an Associate Director and Sector Lead at a large FTSE 100 multi disciplinary company in London. For the past 7 years Sabine is a Director and joint Partner of a successful UK architecture business specialising in the design of residential buildings, one - off houses as well as apartment buildings.
In addition to having successfully managed, coordinated and supervised projects worth over £ 100 million, Sabine also has a passion for the careful restoration of historic buildings and the design of innovative, contemporary and sustainable new properties.
Sabine's primary goal is to understand the clients' needs and ensure that the design solution exceeds their expectations.

Sabine is ARB registered since 2004 and a member of RIBA, the Royal Institute of British Architects, since 2014.
​
Michele graduated in civil engineering from the Milan Polytechnic in 1999 and has been self-employed since 2006.
He is enrolled in the Order of Engineers of Lecco since 2000 and in the Order of Engineers and Architects of the Canton of Ticino in Switzerland (OTIA) since 2008.
Michele deals with structural design, construction site safety management, preparation of all types of building practices, technical consultancy and estimates for the Court, retail and business / corporate appraisals, consultancy for public administrations, fire prevention, energy audits and sustainability.
In the last year he has been successfully following several practices related to Superbonus and Sismabonus.

ARCHITECTURE
We cover all phases of Architecture: from masterplanning / urban design and initial feasibility studies to assist our clients in the decision-making process whether to purchase or enhance a property to ensure its viability, to the design of the details and supervision of the construction site during the works.
We have extensive experience working on historic buildings as well as designing contemporary houses and apartments.
We believe that the most successful architecture is one that provides the solution to the clients' needs in an honest and authentic way. We do not have a specific style because for us each project is unique and requires to be considered according to its opportunities to achieve its true potential.
Whether it is a contemporary building or a historic building, we believe that innovation and sustainability must always be at the forefront of our projects.

ENGINEERING
We deal with the structural design of civil and building works, in reinforced concrete, steel, wood, both for new buildings and for renovations, improvements and seismic adjustments.
We follow the construction site activities with great professionalism, both the construction management and the safety coordination.
We are able to manage fire prevention practices.
Thanks to our long experience both in the private and public sectors, we are able to manage all the authorization processes for the construction of building interventions (building permit, CILA, SCIA, landscape authorizations, seismic deposits).

INTERIOR DESIGN
We provide interior design services to enhance or personalise your house or apartment.
We develop conceptual ideas, moodboards and we select finishes, furniture, fixed bespoke furniture, lighting as well as colour schemes.
We can advise you on any government grants and tax deductions available to improve your home and make it more modern and sustainable.

SUSTAINABILITY
In recent years, attention to the environmental sustainability of buildings has become increasingly important.
We were among the first to have believed in this issue; from the first courses followed on the CasaClima standard in 2008, we have acquired skills and knowledge that today we can offer our customers to create their own home tailored to the environment, comfort and energy saving.
Today the topic is of primary importance, also due to the commitment put in place by the Italian Government in the form of tax deductions, such as Ecobonus, Superbonus, Sismabonus - issues which we are following with great attention.
We are able to advise our clients step by step in the management of these procedures, which allow them to redevelop their home with the support of state contributions: energy diagnosis, Law 10 report, pre and post Ape, sworn translations, etc.

REAL ESTATE
For buyers, we can provide advice on the future potential of any purchase they are considering, be it renovations or new construction projects.
For sellers / owners we can advise on how to maximize the value of your property. More often than not, simple steps can really make your property stand out and make it more attractive to potential buyers or tenants.
For foreign buyers and tenants, we can be their independent consultant in Milan / Lombardy, to help find the perfect property with our knowledge of the area and local presence. We can compile a selection of the most suitable properties and make visits on their behalf. We can also manage and supervise any renovation or construction work on their behalf prior to their move.
